Methodology

The 13th Real Estate Awards will be conducted across 4 zones in India followed by a National Award. CNBC-AWAAZ Real Estate Award presented by RR Kabel is one of the most transparent award in real estate.

Several crucial factors would be determined to evaluate “on ground performance” of real estate projects factors like – Scientifically graded features, Amenities offered in a project, construction progress, timely delivery, inhabitability and customers’ satisfaction would be paramount for being adjudged as “Best Project”

Criteria

The awards would be evaluated on the basis of ground performance of real estate projects. The Projects will be further divided into three key categories –

1) Residential

2) Commercial

3) Retail

The projects should be 95 – 100% complete before nomination.

Project Definition

This shall define the valuation of a property in terms of the Price of a Unit. This project definition is given below:

Eligibility

Given below are the eligibility criterions for applying to The CNBC-AWAAZ Real Estate Awards:

RESIDENTIAL:

About 95-100% complete

Project which started not before April 2011 and are at least 95% complete as on March 2017.


COMMERCIAL:

100% complete

Commercial property shall have a minimum super built-up area of 3 lac sqft

Must have commenced operation between April 2014 and March 2017


RETAIL:

100% complete

Retail mall shall have a minimum super built-up area of 3 lac sqft

Must have commenced operation between April 2014 and March 2017

Zonal & National Awards

The Award will be conducted in 4 zones across India. The winners from the zonal awards will qualify for the national level awards.
